Many still do!? Im on at various times of the day, x-mas break, and i never see any1 on thats a regular i have even asked them if they were on the server for a reason 6 out of 7 said no.

Hammy is right. We will keep the server up...Two main reasons are to 1) give those that have not gotten COD5 yet an opportunity to play on our server and 2) allow us to advertise the new server via console messages.

Most of the regulars have already migrated to COD:WaW but I expect more to pick the game up as presents at Christmas time.

There is never anyone on the CLR cod4 server anymore... and WAW is only even close to full when all the regulars are on about 7-8pm EST.

The hysterical part is that Bones is Fury, and that is not the reason why people dont play there any more.

Variety of reasons really-

1. Many Cains Lair Regulars migrated to other games that just came out.
2. There are a ton of fantastic Single player titles out there. Check out the other threads to see what others are playing if you are curious.
3. Popular players like Rye, Rand, Drisel, and a few others are playing World at War.

Overall this is the ebb of the tide right now. The flow will happen again when a new game comes out that fits our culture here.
