both game are good but what makes me hate them is the stupid spawn system it has. it cant get any more stupider than that. no offense to those who like the game, but its true.

You sure he spawned there or managed to sneak around? If he did spawn, with COD4 spawn system, somebody else must have been there already to start the ball rolling.
One other thing I just thought of. With COD5, I was excited to see they added a squad feature. Then I realized it didn't actually do anything... Just made me miss BF2...
I am sure he was not there before and he could not sneak around to that position. The map was Back Lot.

Actually, I noticed quite a few CTF spawning issues in WaW, especially with an unbalanced team. I played a number of rounds where one team or the other was pushed out of their spawn/flag area altogether, and were spawning elsewhere. Makes an already uneven match much worse.
