That's not a reliable report Caddy. The IP address traces back to Washington DC, but the Game Monitor page only reports who the IP is registered to. That's why the location shows TX because SoftLayer Technologies Inc., which I guess is who trinity has leased with, has their register contact as a Texas address for their domain name. Now the domain name for the IP address is trinitygames.com but the IP is registered to SoftLayer Technologies.
To show a better indication of it's location you can view the tracert results like below to see where the connection hops thru.

            Tracing route to trinitygames.com [208.43.97.178]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

            1 8 ms <1 ms <1 ms 192.168.1.1
            2 * * * Request timed out.
            3 11 ms 8 ms 9 ms ge-2-1-ur02.aurora.co.denver.comcast.net [68.86.105.45]
            4 12 ms 11 ms 11 ms te-0-2-0-1-ar02.aurora.co.denver.comcast.net [68.86.128.85]
            5 13 ms 13 ms 21 ms pos-0-3-0-0-cr01.denver.co.ibone.comcast.net [68.86.91.1]
            6 38 ms 37 ms 38 ms pos-0-14-0-0-cr01.chicago.il.ibone.comcast.net [68.86.85.117]
            7 82 ms 73 ms 71 ms pos-2-6-0-0-cr01.newyork.ny.ibone.comcast.net [68.86.86.97]
            8 79 ms 80 ms 78 ms pos-1-11-0-0-cr01.mclean.va.ibone.comcast.net [68.86.85.13]
            9 79 ms 81 ms 80 ms pos-0-1-0-0-pe01.ashburn.va.ibone.comcast.net [68.86.86.30]
            10 81 ms 78 ms 78 ms softlayer-pe01.ashburn.va.ibone.comcast.net [75.149.228.94]
            11 81 ms 79 ms 79 ms po2.fcr01.wdc01.washingtondc-datacenter.com [208.43.118.138]
            12 80 ms 78 ms 78 ms trinitygames.com [208.43.97.178]

            Trace complete.

You'll notice the last major node comcast network jumps off on is a datacenter in DC.
