Any computer thingys needed to play this game?

Well, my number 1 worry part atm is if I can even play this game without spending a lot of money. I spent about 400+ dollars to be able to play games like BF2142, BF2, and R6V (rainbow 6 vegas).

I was able to play those in high detail, so should I be able to play CoD4?

If you ran 2142 at high level COD4 will work just fine
