M14 is decent, M16 is a little weak compared to it's counterparts. I'd try out the G3....packs a punch, and rewards excellent accuracy with kills galore
As for the PKM.....give the M60 a whirl. It packs just the right punch

Huh... on the 360 the M16 kicks butt, especially with stopping power. On the PC the G3 has to be alot better... more difficult to line those shots up using a controller... quite a few people complain about the G3 on the 360. Took me a while to nail those pinpoint shots with it at range. After I did I stuck the suppressor on it and was placing 1st on my team round after round.
