When i see somebody i start shooting immediately and sometimes i wonder how why i die and today looking at the killcam i realize that when i start shooting i shoot at a place that where you're not! -i shoot at your past position instead of your current- i it maybe a chance that i don't sux that bad after all

I removed the anti-alias from 2x to off and all the game was choppy it wasn't suppose to be better? well anyway i'm putting it back on.

Im just sick of my bullets, with stopping power, in the same gun as my opponent doing way less damage when I shoot them in the neck and the dude turns around and uh oh!


Not to mention people that randomly firing the damn LMG's in the crappiest map vacant :P

Thats lag my friend. Sometime the hit prediction in this game is decent and nearly unnoticeable. Other times, you can clearly plant a bullet in a guys brain and have nothing happen.....or you can shoot way out in front of a guy and watch him fall into your shot

Now if you are having framerate issues, that will certainly affect things as well. But never discount the almighty lag factor.

I've noticed the same thing on my kill cams, so don't feel like the lone stranger.

ME, I don't worry about it anymore, just go out, die, and take it like a man.

It used to miff me when I KNOW I shot first and dead on, but kill cam shows me shooting 1-2 FEET to the side of my killer.

So maybe my K/D would be greatly increased without the lag, but
again maybe not.

Concept One - LAG

Lag affects everyone. Whether I am using the right affect or should be using effect, only a nice hamster will know- and Im an Angry one- so big deal....

Anyways- Lag. Top players get lagged too as their Internet Service Provider dips and rolls no differently than the rest. In my industry, I know for a fact that pure connections are not only rare, but very expensive. Those pure connects are more often reserved for businesses, state, local municipality, and federal agencies or contractors that do business for those gov agencies.

These players, thought they probably havent thought about it as deeply as I just did, will compensate naturally.

They shoot where you are likely going to be. They shoot in a triangular format. Front left, front right, and then behind your position.

Concept Two - Practicing isnt Always Learning

I think that what took my game to the next level was when I started doing observation mode occasionally.

Check out and become an observer. Follow the people that had the highest scores last map and you will learn a lot.

There is nothing more exciting than watching CarbonFire empty his shotgun without missing a single shot (sometimes get a twofer oner) and then picking up the dead guys' shotty to repeat the process again...and again....and again.....oh my gosh...and again....[/b]

2. As a Game Admin. ban yourself by accident at least once.

I find the hit location with the Barrett do be weird. Especially if I'm sniping someone who is elevated or trying to lead em as they run.
