IMO HQ is much better than TDM. I prefer to have goals other than simply killing the enemy.

I've also played a little Dominion, Search and Destroy, and Sabotage. I didn't care for S&D (don't like sitting there for 2 minutes waiting for the round to end). Dominion and Sabotage were both pretty good, but I would like Dominion better if there were more flags.

I find HQ to be a bit pointless. It's nothing but running around in circles trying to get the next objective. I greatly prefer objective-based gaming, but would like something a bit more interesting. I actually liked domination more when Cain (briefly) tried it out. HQ is particularly annoying on Wetwork, since the next objective is inevitably on the complete opposite end of the ship, and when you spawn in the enemy spawn point for whatever reason and pop up in the middle of 6 guys.

I like TDM more than HQ also. It's somewhat pointless from the objective standpoint, but it doesn't try to pretend to be anything other than deathmatch, which is good. The interesting thing is that I've encountered the same spawn issue at least 4 times in TDM. Nothing like being the only guy on your team spawning in the midst of 20 of them.

Would be nice to see a domination / TDM server. Not only is domination fun, but I think that it would attract more players since you can get more kills in a gametype whose objective is not killing other players.

Im torn since I like them both. My favorite game type would probably be Domination followed by HQ and then TDM right behind HQ.

Personally I like Sabotage and Domination better than anything, with HQ and TDM tied for third.

I like HQ as a secondary but the more I play it the more bored I get whereas I like to kill things instead of spawn cap die wait.

Domination has 3 capture points, the objective is to capture and hold them against your opponent.

I like Domination alot, but I'll play whatever Cain decides on.

He picks game modes on what most people are playing.
If the majority are playing TDM, that is the main server.

If the second most popular is HQ, then there ya go.

A mix would be great, but we would need to check player counts, and
what brought them or made them leave. Some of that has already been
experimented with. I think we have the TDM server down pat as far as
popular rotations. But Cain has been known to add or subtract because
of player comments, polls, or frequent requests.

Comes down to what gives us the most bang for the buck.
