Domination vs HQ/ What should we be playing?

I voted for domination since it gives more objectives to keep track of. The only downside I've ever experienced is if a team has two of the three point capped the other team can get pinned on one side of the map ( I think this depends on the map however).

What I would love to see is a server which alternates gametypes between HQ, Domination and Sabotage. Search and Destroy should always be on its own server as should TDM.

The preceeding is, of course, only my humble opinion.

I've played some CRAZY sabotage matches...fast paced and really fun.

I was just thinking it would be cool if we alternated between game modes. Maybe have 3-5 games of HQ then 3-5 of Domination then 3-5 of Sabotage.

that is easily doable ..

Hardcore would make it even better.

They are similar, because both have bombing objectives. Ins Sabotage, both sides have a goal (bombing target), but there is only one bomb....it's kinda like a slow version of murderball.

Search and destroy is an attack/defend mode, with one team getting the bomb, and the other having to defend two sites. This is the mode with only one life to live, and its more or less exactly like Demolition maps in Counter Strike. This is also the mode where you'll see a lot of hardcore servers, because some people like the very slow, methodical yet deadly play that hardcore + 1-life-to-live provides.

Don't care I play TDM

I always try to get on the HQ server when I play. Sometimes it's just me running around so I head over to the TDM server. Often that's full. So having done my best to support the Lair I get on one of the servers that I know rotate the entire map list as well as swap out game modes. I really enjoy going from TDM on Crossfire to HQ on Bog to Domination on Winter Crash without changing servers. It always stays fresh. I just don't like search and destroy very much at all.

Mainly I play Cain's Lair because of you guys. I wish the ping was lower for me and there were more options but as long as the community is the same this is where everyone gets easy kills courtesy of JohnyRico - Bullet Blocker.

I like Domination. If Im gettign killed by the same guy every time I run at one objective, I can always say "screw it, Im going after B."
In HQ, I spend more time running from one side of the map to the other than trying to kill someone. Just takes too long, and then one of ya'll jumps out from behind a wall unleashing hell from those P90s.

Whatever you choose, Im happy as long as I can join one server instead of beating my head against the TDM server door until I get in.

Unless it's just a really off night, I'm still going to go after that guy. I'm good enough to take him at least 1 out of 3 or so times with whatever loadout I'm running around with most, 1 out of 5 on a bad night. I need to get done with my weapons challenges so I can just go with flat out mow-down classes and reach for the stars.

That being said, objectives that require more strategy >>>> than just running around back and forth to a single hoppy point that leaps from place to place all round.

Remember, Cain can vary maps as well as game mode's on the same
server, so he could rotate HQ/Dom as well.

As always, certain maps will bring in people, and some will run them
away, depending on the game mode. Domination favors some
maps, and HQ favors others. Complicated

Fun times had by all as long as it is CLR vs CLR.
