Guys please do not sit AFK in a busy server for more than a few minutes.

The only times I really go afk are if I need to report someone or mention something important on AIM. So sorry if I seem to go afk, but I try my best to not be gone for more then 3-5 minutes.

There is about 4-5 CLRs that sit out entire rounds because they don't like the map.

That does not make me happy to hear...

If the server has less than 40 players that is not problem, more than 40, please remember there are many people trying to get in who cannot, and it may be their FAV map...

Well, I spectate sometimes just to learn how to get better. Watching players like Aquataine got me good with the P90. But since I'm spending more times in the forums then ingame I signed out

Same. Don't forget when we are watching players who might be cheating.

Don't worry about watching for cheaters... Between Anti-cheats and the admins. That problem is takin care of. Besides... there isn't as many cheaters as you think there is.

And without the tools my Admins have it is almost impossible to spot them.

Usually the only time I go AFK is if I have to go to the bathroom or get another beer (or both).
