Want to know how to get the gold weapons? Well I'll tell you. To get the gold Desert Eagle, Get to Commander, level 55. To get the golden AK47, Complete all Assalt Rifle challenges. To get the golden Uzi 9mm, Complete all SMG challenges. To get the golden LMG, complete all smg challenges. To get the golden shotgun, Complete all shotgun challenges. To get the golden sniper (The hardest one to get) Complete all Sniper rifle challenges.

I thought the sniper was the easiest to get.

1/2 through the R700 and still need the M95.

Golden M60 was acquired tonight

Which means I only have to get the Golden Mini-Uzi to have them all!

This could take a while...

So far I only have the MP5 complete, and I'm 50 or so headshots from finishing P90. The other 3 guns (Mini-Uzi, Skorpion, AK-74u) are only to Digital camo

I think it's weird, cuz I've been playing Single-Player a bit lately, and the G3 in single-player is auto-fire, not like in multi-player - click click click oh I'm dead.

Grats all on getting their golds done. Some of them are a pain to get. I should have done the LMGs and Sniper Rifles last...they're by far the easiest to get.

The hardest weapons to complete in my opinion were the G3 (for some reason I really hated using it), the AK74u...damn thing is horrible at range. Surprisingly I didn't think the shotguns were too bad and as much as I hated the Uzi at first, once I got used to it, it was great fun and got headshots with it pretty fast. I know alot of people hated finishing the MP44. The key to this one (like most of them actually) is short controlled bursts and single shots. It's more accurate than you think.

I almost have them all.

Tonight I finished AK-74u, so I only have Skorpion and Mini-Uzi to get done, and I'll have all the golden guns.

Skorpion and Mini Uzi are currently at 25 headshots each, out of 150 each, so it'll be a little while.

I'm trying the Skorpion with the ACOG per The_Needle's recommendation in another thread. It looks pretty good, so we'll see if I can get my headshots quickly with it!

Oh yeah..

I got to play for quite a bit at a friends house during my vacation. It was on 360 though, but I still had tons of fun.
I love the AK 47. I was pulling some nice moves off with that baby. I convinced him to prestige again too so we had more incentive to play hard.

Skorpion is pretty accurate with no sight attachments actually. Great with a silencer and is far more accurate than the reduction for having the silencer on would make you think.

I hate the scorpion, to the point where I'm going Scorpion-only to get headshots as fast as possible so I can finish the thing up. I'll probably mix in a bit of shotty and sniper action next.

Well, while the boards were down and then not fully complete yet, I finally finished my job. All golden guns are owned by me. I've even managed to complete most of the normal challenges. Obviously, Bootcamp is done, Operations... well, not so much. I've got a few of those done. Killer is done except for Counter C-4 and Counter Claymore. I only need one more Claymore to be done with Counter Claymore III, but I'm only 2/5 on Counter C-4.

Humiliation is almost done, only ones I don't have on that are Airborne (seems like I should have it, but eh), Misery Loves Company (any of them, I never can run with a cooked nade, I usually die before I can get in the room), and Think Fast Flash. I have the other Think Fasts, just not Flash.

On Elite, I only need How The ?, and Invincible. I've given up on those.

So I'm content with my current status as far as challenges go. I love my golden guns. The only ones I don't use are the AK and the Drag, since I like the M4 and the Barrett/M21 better. I usually use the Barrett. I hated the Uzi at first, but after 150 headshots with it, I came to like it. Same with Skorpion, but the Uzi is gold now I tend to use the MP5 lately, though.

Anyone else have all the golden guns or want to update me and whoever else reads this thread with their current headshot challenge status?

I am down to headshots with the dragunov and the R700. About 50 to go I think. The rest I have and I do like to use the AK...

As for the challenges, I have pretty much all of them except airborne and think fast flash as well.
