Past couple of days have been uh harsh to say the least. I seem to have a supermagnet attached to my head or something. Been attracting alot of fire :P

On bog I experienced the dreaded copter of death you mentioned in another post.

I had a streak of 15 in the beginning and everytime I spawned the freakin copter would spray me- I would take 5 steps and go straight to the grave. Spawn. 5 steps- go to grave. Spawn- get a grenade. Spawn on the otherside of hte map in the middle of the enemy spawn (I DONT GET why this happens sometimes)- get hosed down with hot lead.

I had 38 deaths and 27 kills when it was over- it was as if the AI in the game assigned me the kicking toy award and just battered me

I have the perfect solution stand behind me and carbon. They are not really that hard to kill/beat. Before I started on my gold weapons(which I just finished last night), I pwned them. Of course they get me too but they are the few who really pose a threat to me. I love going to the oppsite side and shooting them up. You have to remember that they are all rushers. And ALL rushers are the only threat in the game. Snipers are annoying but there's nothing like ahve one rusher going in and one by one taking out the whole team, causing that map flip. 56K is great at doing that.

Other than the three mentioned in the post..I'd watch out for me, Carbon and Aquataine. Get us on the same team and you get the same result as 56K, Drisel, and Rogue7.

that happens to you too? I always get processed into swiss cheese whenever theres a heli out... especially when Im doing really good. It ignores everyone around me and decides I need to die.

must be programed to go after the highest scorer because mine always ends up killing the top players that insist that I dont need a head.

The chopper goes after the number one scorer on the enemy team. Anything that is obviously out in the open gets it too. It does, however, go for the top scorer on the team.

What? I know it sounds cocky but it's true. I feel like I can take them on. I am very confident in my skills. I'd be more than happy to test it too. I say tomorrow on HQ. I'll get on ASAP when I get home from work.

No offense to them but I don't consider them superstars.

56k runs around with his knife, it's a lot easier in this game than any other game I've played on Cain's Lair. He is invisible on the UAV as he NEVER shoots, and has UAV jammer. Most people rely on it.

Rogue does most of the same thing that you do, run around with a P90. Most people that use P90 do the same thing and score lots of kills. Most people in this game like to hide and shooting things behind cover, giving people with P90's or MP5's the advantange of running around fire killing everyone, that's what the SMG class is for.

Drisel, well, he just found his gun way too early and he just dominates


As for seperating, them being on the same team just makes it harder for them. Less kills.

Let me put this to bed for the "superstars" of our server:

First, lets talk about me....

okay now - the truth is that we you can almost create a regional clock around the comings and goings of our Cains Lair Regulars.

At 3pm PST, the crew is drastically different than the 5pm crew- which by the way is very sparse in CLR team members, whcih is also different than what I see happen at 8pm-- at 10pm it gets pretty spooky- like being in a bar out in some slum where people are threating to put things where they dont belong and etc....


With that being said.....We have potentially 25 people or so who are top scoring and efficient players in terms of score.

But what I ask is this: whats a score to the person who enjoys the game from the perspective of teamwork ( suppressing fire, dropping helicopters, flash grenades, sniping, etc)?

What is a score to the person who could care less about how many kills there were, and more about how many head shots they got towards the challenge?

What is a score to the person that plays HQ over TDM?

Score is great- but it isnt even half the game when you consider that Free For All and Team Death Match are just two of the types of games you may play.

I play for the hysterical things inside it- "who throws a shoe" "Why would he stand there and think I cant see him" "Why do I think its a good idea to run AT a person holding a shotgun"?

I think The_Needle is up there, too. I've been killed by him a lot.

I'm not as good as those people mentioned - I'm by no means a superstar, but I do get a lot of top scores when I play, just because I am a rusher. Even when I snipe, I pick a spot, snipe 2-4 people, and move. I've learned (and am still perfecting) unscoped shots, so that if I run into someone close-quarters, I can take care of them, too. I just love rushing as fast as I can into the other side's ... "base", and then causing the spawn points to flip.

Someday I wanna be good enough to be a "superstar"
