This games really starting to piss me off and isn't fun anymore. I'd prefer going back to ET:QW. I'm sick of not even surviving one shot with Jugg and yet I spray 30 rounds into a dude and he walks away clean. Not to mention the nade spam, it ruined this game for me.

So, while you're all having fun I'm going to download the ET:QW patch and just play that from now on.

Probably true. I'm kind of admitting that I'm talking out of my ass. I'm overstressed today, Oregons having a crappy weather day thats pissing me off. It's on and off with warm and cold temperatures. On and off with Rain, and not to mention my future for me is going to become overworked.

I made the mistake of going on COD4 to reveal stress.


However, it's true. Nade spam did ruin this game for me. It's a great tactical game not meant for 50 players, but whatever, I like playing with my friends. And I really had a bad day today. I think someone named Mini Wheats found that exploit where you can survive forever, because I shot every single one of my bullets to his face and he SLOWLY walked up and knifed me.

I'm not accusing him of cheating but wtf? Then that just started happening like it did in BF2. I shoot a day in the head with a shotgun, he turns around and shots me once with something like an M4 or Mini uzi.

I guess playing Halo 3 before this didn't help, maybe I'm just use to being able to bunny hop 50 ft in the air and survive a clip of bullets.

I am glad that at least you can step back and understand what is stressing you out and that it is not COD4.

I get the joke that for you COD4 is not taking away stress.

DA, you made the mistake that I have made from time to time .. if you are stressed and going to play an online game, you had better suck it up and expect the worst when the day already has brought the worst with it.

When it gets that bad, I go offline and play a cheat game of Company of Heroes, dropping unlimited V1 bombs on th helpless Allied troops. Now THAT is what I refer to as good medicine for the soul. Its cold, heartless, good clean fun and you offend no one and no one offends you .. the CPU players don't talk smack, so the next time you feel crummy .. go offline.

Thats why I made the comment ..'see you in a week'. Sometimes a week of offline gaming makes you realize that you miss the online gaming community more than you imagine.

Jeffro, Darth, BA, Carbon, Twink, Hogfather ... I very much enjoy seeing them on my team, and hope they get a laugh out of my oddball comments or ingame banter, so keep that in mind when you return to the game.

If you want to relieve stress try WoW.. You can sit in the grass and watch the bunnies hop by.. seriously..

Take some time away from the game and play other games as I often have the same rotten luck in COD4 that you have been going through and it helps too play other stuff, I do it alot and only play COD4 2 too 3 times a week and mess around with my other games.
