We need more admins

I definitely don't want to seem like I'm saying Cain NEEDS to do something he doesn't want to do or anything. I just feel the suggestion is a good one, and I hope he considers it, whether the answer is yes or no.

I don't need 12 admins at night. I think 1 or 2 would be great. Someone who could actually get rid of the people in real time, not the next day or something. Because like was said earlier, going round after round with someone who is fouling up the Lair is hard to stomach.

And about most people sleeping, I understand the current admins are probably sleeping, I understand most people on Earth sleep at night. But, some of us don't. I work very late shifts, and like to play early-early in the morning. And most nights/mornings at those times, the lair is fairly full. Around 30-40 players. Not a full 50, but still a lot.

Also, like was said earlier as well, when you wear the CLR tag, some people think you have admin powers and wonder why you let so-and-so keep cussing, or see you doing "nothing" about the problem child, so they figure they can do it to, and soon you have 3 or 4 people cursing and insulting people.

I don't know, I don't want this to be an issue of contention, I just felt I'd explain a bit more my position on the subject. I know how hard it would be to find someone worthy of being an admin that also could do the job during those hours. Whatever happens, I'll still be playing in Cain's Lair

It has been a big problem late at night 12-4 am.One admin is enough,if they are on the server.Some of these jerks at night know they can do what they want and get away with it.because no admins are around.

Not to insult or anything...but most people are sleeping at this time

Not me. I've got a wife and kids and normally only get to play late at night before going to bed. During the week, this is from ~11PM EST til 12:30-1AM. On the weekends, it is until 2-3AM.
I personally haven't had any problems when playing on either of the servers. Language doesn't bother me; the only thing I care about are hackers. Luckily, I wasn't on when Spyder was hacking away.

I can be online later at night if that is when there is more need.

We actually have a good number of admin's that play alot. We also have
a lot of off hour and day coverage. We do try to cover holes, but we
don't know there is a problem area or bad time unless people report them
on the "Report a Jerk" section.

Cain and his admin's take the reports on the "JERK" section seriously, and
we look at it during all hours of the day and night. Usually an admin can
jump on the server if there is a big problem reported.

We all have work, family, Sleep, and chores/tasks also, but we do
try to do what's best for the Lair.

All of Cain's active Moderator's are picked because they have the
qualities that make good admin's. Our motto is better safe than sorry,
and not over zealous. We have a deep abiding goal to make this the
best server or servers to play on anywhere.

We are the voice of moderation, the eye in the sky, and the deliverer's of
justice when all else fails. We would rather have somone playing here
that MAY be cheating, than to kick or ban someone that is innocent.
Restraint, moderation, maturity, and personable people. That's us.

That means that we won't take action against someone because they
killed us 10 times on one round.

Many of you have seen OTHER servers that have administrator's
that kick or ban just because you are owning the server, or kill
one of the admin's. Sometimes kicked or banned for seemingly
nothing, or you blurt something out in the heat of battle. It is a lot
different on OTHER servers.
