    kit 1: Personal mortar
    Primary: AK-47 w/ tube
    Secondary: M4 w/ tube
    overkill
    steady aim

    Kit 2: closecombat
    primary: P90 w/ red dot
    Secondary: Silver Des eagle
    Frag X3
    Stoping Power
    Extreme conditioning (I think)

    Kit 3: S&D
Primary: M4 w/ Silencer blue digital camo
    Secondary: .45 w/ Silencer
    Frag X3
    UAV jammer
    Dead Silence

    Kit 4: Stop and drop
Primary: 1014 w/ red dot (for long hallways)
    Secondary: silver Des Eagle
    Frag X 3
    Sight of hand
    Extreme conditioning

    Kit 5: Sniping Walls
    Primary: .50 cal
    Secondary: Golden Des Eagle
In no exact order.... Stoping Power
    Deep Impact
(The one that lets you hold your breath longer)

I swear by the M4 for a silence kit instead of the P90 or the MP5. The P90 almost needs either stoping power or band for it to make it effective and the mp5 just doesn't seem to have the range that I like.

for some reason, with the 1014, I seem to shoot faster with slight of hand as well. IDK if this is actually a sideeffect of the perk or just me clicking faster, but it works for me. The Grip doesn't seem to work too well for me as I normally use the recoil because I start off aiming a hair low and letting it go up. Bottom to top filling them full of lead!

I know I know, everybody hates the Tube, but man is it useful for getting snipers without having to get right in harms way/avoiding claymores/clearing out groups of people or a whole room. Shoot a tube down the hallways on bloc and you'll get a kill 80% of the time. I'll also use it like a one time use shotgun if I need to. Thump right into the gut.

I've found that the .50 close range is a lot like a shotgun when you are cornered and getting ganged up on... just fire like crazy and you have a decent chance to taking somebody out. i've even gotten few headshots this way!

Well, we all seem to be sharing, so here are my setups:

      1
Primary: P90 w/red dot and digital camo
      Seconday: Desert Eagle
      Perk 1: Frag x3
      Perk 2: Stopping Power
      Perk 3: Martyrdom
Primary uses: I like the P90 for close encounters

      2
Primary: M4 w/red dot and red tiger stripe camo
      Seconday: Desert Eagle
      Perk 1: Frag x3
      Perk 2: Stopping Power
      Perk 3: Martyrdom
Primary uses: I like the M4 for general purposes, multi-purpose. Accurate and with stopping power seems to kill people well enough.

      3
Primary: M16A4 w/ACOG and digital camo
      Seconday: Desert Eagle
      Perk 1: Frag x3
      Perk 2: Stopping Power
      Perk 3: Martyrdom
Primary uses: This I use for some light medium distance sniping, hence the ACOG.

      4
      Primary: R700 w/woodland camo
      Seconday: P90 w/red dot
      Perk 1: Frag x3
      Perk 2: Overkill
      Perk 3: Iron Lungs
Primary uses: I use this for, obviously, sniping. I like the overkill so I can carry a P90 and switch to it if I get into some close combat.

      5
Primary: M14 w/red dot and digital camo
      Seconday: Desert Eagle
      Perk 1: Frag x3
      Perk 2: Stopping Power
      Perk 3: Deep Impact
Primary uses: This is my new baby. I love the M14 so much. It really seems to lay people out especially with stopping power and deep impact.

But then, what do I know? I'm just a n00b!

Whats the difference between the M4, M14 and M16a ?? I know one of them shoots in 3 burst, one in full auto ...

I just started toying around with the M16 but hate when I don't put someone down with the 3 shot burst .. they end up fragging me before I can get another burst off. I'll assume it needs a perk like Stopping Power to make it work well.

Stopping power and double tap work.

WT, the M4 (full auto) is by far the weakest of the 3. I always feel I have to shoot half a clip into somebody to kill with it. The M16 is powerful and accurate, and the 3-round burst does a lot of damage, especially if you use Stopping Power. The M14 is single shot and does a lot of damage, but the kick is horrendous.

What I found is that the M16 doesn't need stopping power. If a full burst ends up on target then its a kill pretty much. I do not like the M14 as much as the G3, although I'm not sure why. In my opinion the M4 is useless. It is way too weak. If I want full auto i would go for the AK any day, even over the G36. With red dot it is the most powerful and fairly accurate.

Ever since I finished all my weapons I've gone back to the ones I liked the best. I've been using the M4 again with red dot sight most of the time. However, I love the M16. The 3 round burst gives you a good accurate shot with 3 rounds vs. having to "hold on target" with an automatic. M14 does have a pretty hefty kick to it but if you double tap (not talking about the perk here lol) you can put 2 shot on target with a reasonably high accuracy rate.

As far as the red dot lower dmg by 10% I don't belive that is the case. I think the silencer is what you're refering to. The only thing the red dot does is give you a higher probability of putting steel on target and giving you a better sight picture at range while increasing your peripheral vision.

Correction noted .. it was indeed the silencer that lowers damage by 10% ...
Sorry for the mixup on that one !! Musta been one of my muscle relaxant nights that I typed that ..

Note to self: No posting when under the influence of muscle relaxants.
