One of the challenges is to have a Cooked Nade, blow yourself up
AND someone else. Now The FIRST part I've done often, so now I have
    to find a willing victim.

Always fun, and gets you lots of friends after doing it !
Yes, I've found that is the best recipe for cooked nades...

But, I'm more partial to grilled or sauteed nades myself. Deep-frying them just ruins the flavor

I did that on shipment. Cooked the nade and ran in the midst of a bunch of enemies. Got all 3 levels at once.

The term comes from the fact that when you pull the pin and let the "spoon" or handle flip off, the fuse starts to "burn" inside the grenade. Pulling the pin itself will not start the timer on the fuse...it's the spoon leaving the grenade that actually starts the fuse.

I serve cooked grenades over a smokey landscape and garnish them with furious burst from my G36C or an occasional P90 spay in order to liven the flavor up

There's nothing like a Mike's Hard lemon Nade in the wee hours of the gameplay. Muah ha ha ha.

                BOOOM

Zantheus gets the +1 sign for the recipe for Spamenade-

Start with a slow cook of 3 nades.
                    Discard the pins.
Mix well, taking care when tossing the nade mixture.
                    Add body parts.
In about 4-8 seconds you should have yourself a nice cup of Spamenade

I usually try to count the pulses of the crosshairs but I usually lose count and when I throw it watch it explode about 2 feet directly infront of my face. It works good when trying to throw one through a door and someone tries to rush you.

Now we have had a lot of flooding in this area and there are still a lot of houses that have not been repaired. Must be the apocalypse.
