I'll bet its been years (literally) since I've been in-game with Cain. -413- and I had our usual verbal sparring, but he never did get that promised knifing on me (hah!). That was fun, and I hope we bring the numbers back up .. with yesterdays crash, it seems like it takes at least a day to repopulate the server unless we jumpstart it.

+1 same here. If I can break away from the office for a bit, I'll login to the server and at least leave the game running although I will be idle.

Another big thing,that could help.is to raise the score limit,to 4-5000.
i see all servers getting thin in the real late night,but the high score and variety of map servers seem to do the best.

Higher score limits make us crash more. I'm happy with 2950 if it means we don't crash very often.

Yeah, I'm perfectly happy with that score limit. Keeps things moving along and not stuck on maps people don't enjoy for longer periods of time.

the score limit is low but i enjoy it i mean come on its high enough for ppl to rack up impresive k/d ratios so i think its fine where it is lol

The low score limit is the #1 complaint I hear on the server from non-regs. Is there any truth to the high score-server crash rumor ?? Can someone link a brother up ??

I'm curious myself. I don't see why the score limit would have much if anything to do with the server crashing. I've never experienced anything like that in my years of game servers unless there was a bad script. I personally don't mind if it stays the way it is, I have just never heard of this being an issue.

Yep increasing the score definitely crashes the server, that is what happened earlier this week.

It actually has nothing to do with the score itself, but rather how long the game lasts and how many of certain events occur. Once that number of those events are exceeded in one game - CRASH.....
