i agree with rand i have had a few good streaks of 25,28 and even 30 where i got an airstrike deployed my helo quickly and did not get another air strike the whole match.i did not die in the matches at all.

Because the game clearly states that when you get five kills in a row, you get an airstrike. It doesn't say for EVERY five kills in a row you get a new airstrike. That, and the fact that 99% of the time you don't get a second airstrike without a death involved. Or at least, most of us don't. I don't know about you.

Or how about the times when I get 10, 15, 20, and 25 kill streaks but only have 1 airstrike in the mix to show for it? Under your argument, I should have 3 airstrikes if I get a 15 kill streak.

Multiple airstrikes without dying in between earning them is not something the designers intended to have happen. By definition, it makes it a glitch.

No arguement here. I just happen to time mine when I play so I get the next one. Kind of like how you time your jump to get on the roof in the farm map and countless other things

Oh guys to get two Airstrikes it's fairly simple. Get your five kills without dying. Once, you have them, DIE! Respawn and use the Airstrike and if you get 5 more kills with that Airstrike, you will get another one. B/c it's a new life you might say and the kill count starts over.

This is a good post it just goes to show there are reasons to spectate other than to look for hackers, I learned my tricks and snips by trial and error and by spectating people like quick, rye, and wmd.

I struggled on this server for quite some time because I was trying to force my old playing style into this new server. Once I quit trying to be methodical and careful, I noticed my kill count rise considerably.

Now I just run around with reckless abandon and I do much better.

Everyone will have routes and you will notice that but the key to playing well is knowing that a route doesnt always work and somtimes you have to alter the route or go a different way.
Basically a route is similar to a sniping spot, its a way to get good kills with minimum deaths.

nice to know i wasnt the only one that did that, I, however, spectated him for 10 hours. being killed 10 thousand times by quickster seems to be the right of passage of this server. I need to spec him for the new maps... i need to know how the hell he gets passed my whole team and come and knife me from the back! pay attention people!
