How is the game?

I'm actually getting bored of it to be honest. I really miss the team work of squads ala BF2 of BF2142. Or maybe it's just I haven't been killed by Carbon in like 6 months....

Well, now you understand WHY you haven't been killed by me (in about 3 months probably).

Unfortunately, it's going to be a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time before we get another game with that level of large-scale gameplay squad combat. Simply does not exist in any real capacity on the consoles, and there's so few games on the PC horizon that will even attempt to scratch this "itch" (Operation Flashpoint 2 will probably come the closest first, before the eventual BF3). I guess in the interim we can play PR or some other mod.

Maybe I'll have to come back and kill you some more mapes Well, if I do come back it will probably be to the HQ server....TDM equals "too damn monotonous" for me

Trashdragon, I tried a few FPS games on consoles but their low number of players are a complete turn-off, especially after 4 years of Cain server-only gaming.



That's Cain right there for you. Anyway, glad to come back to some community goodness and expect to see me in-game in about a month or so

Alas....GTA4

I was playing Insurgency before that, but the lack of a filled Cain's Lair server made me bore of it quickly. I might just jump back into COD4 for a bit as a change of pace, as it's real hit or miss getting a good game going in GTA4 sometimes. Of course, if I do come back to COD4, I'll probably be an easy target, as I'll be really rusty
