for 2 hours straight with no problem, then all of a sudden PB kicks me for 5 mins due to lost key packets??????

Have you tried to manually update your PB software.
Sometimes that issue occours (a lot of issues actually occour) if your own client can't update.

Yeah, that happened to me too... in fact it was while I was playing against you Geddy.
