If you do download this patch do not install it until Cain has the server up to date also as you will no longer be able to play here.

And also remember to backup your player stats when it is time to install.

make 2 dirs inside ur cod4 folder called temp15 and temp16
copy iw3mp.exe and all the files (code_post_gfx_mp.ff, localized_code_post_gfx_mp.ff, ui_mp.ff, mp_crash_snow.ff and mp_crash_snow_load.ff) inside zone to temp15
then install patch 1.6
now copy iw3mp.exe and all the changed files inside zone to temp16

It basically means that you create two new files. One file runs the files needed for 1.6. The other file removes 1.6 so that you can play as 1.5. I suggest everyone waits tbh. It's only one more day.
