The only thing spybot cleans up that might harm anything is registry entries. I wouldn't use it on a Vista machine since I haven't seen a update in a while.[IMG]http://thepebkac.net/images/sigs/Outdoors_sig.jpg[/IMG]

About spybot, it was a WYPR Radio thing. You can look on there website for it, it was about 14 months ago so it's probally not on there.Comment

Since it's Vista, are you running with admin privileges?
Is PB running? There should be 2 services running when you look at Task Manager.A change of Pace.
