Whats the problem with the comment TRACKSTARs

The comment of Trackstars seem to get some dander up ( at least im not calling em !@#$%^&*CHEATS )

The game is a TDM ( Team Death Match ) its meant to try and rein in members of the TEAM to slow down and play as a TEAM
Since the start of COD4 it seems that some players find fault with Campers as they callem ( I dont run circles )
The campers protect any 1 trying to snipe and cover theyre TEAM as they advance
1st rule of a marine is to protect his team
2nd rule is to stop the advance of the enemy ( secure area )
3rd rule is to then KILLEM all and let god sortem out but only after the first 2 rules are applyed
There is no commander in this game or command screen as in other TDM games
so its just run around wildly and kill who you can
That my explanation of the comment of trackstars just trying to get em to play as a team
Can you please define what you call asshatting cause you might just want to disable all chat in the game period ( i dont use voice cause i dont care for moe's singing )

When anyone, not just you, start with the "trackstars" comment....it always leads into other comments from either urself or others in the server. Everyone knows the intention of the word and it at times can get arguments going that are uneccessary. So when I asked you the original time not to say it you complied and I thank you for that.

However, several rounds later you started it again and that my friend is bein an asshat because you are delibratly doing somethin an Admin has kindly asked you not to do.

Its not that we have anything against you or the word itself as it is not cursing etc...just the fact of the outcome it usually brings with it and as Admins, it ias our jobs to police the server and prevent arguments between players from escalating

It is amazing to me that people play this game while chatting away in text. Less text or ignoring text is usually a very good way of minimizing annoyances in game.

I appreciate your posting this here Fury. Many players get too worked up over what is "just a game". I think all of us have to remind people of that and keep the servers chat "light" and focus on the fun factor and what a great release this is for all of us.

Let's not let a few ruin the fun for the majority. But when they do, think long term and just let us know and we will deal with them. Don't let them drag you and others down with their BS.

Its not used as a compliment.. Just cause some dont play as (you) or others want them too gives you the right to call names? Moving fast so the other team can't use the radar
to locate you as well shouldn't cause any problems to the rest of the team. If the whole
team sits back they get pinned anyway. It personally doesn't bother me as somebody is always unhappy with the way I play anyway...

Howler, saying that isn't gonna make people play as a team. There's just way too many people to try to control them. All it does is piss people off. You should know that just complaining the way you are is not gonna have any positive results. So just drop it. And while you're at it, stop with that "!@#$%^&*CHEATS" or "Balls of Steel CHEATS" or any similar cheating accusation. You direct a lot of those accusations at me, and I'm getting tired of it. Every night you say it, and I don't cheat, and you know I don't cheat, so just drop it.

If you want more team play, you should play Hardcore. Smaller amount of people and better tactics.

+1 quick, I really don't care if i have a teammate behind me or in front of me, because honestly, they never help, unless it's Rye or Demon (stealing my kills, pfff). So I'd rather run alone and get behind enemy lines, and not wait for my team of usually hardcore CAMPERS to follow me at .0001 Mile per hour.

Fury, re-reading your post I realized that you were the one calling them Trackstars and not vice a versa. I would just add that many players, including myself run counter clockwise to the rest of the players. I don't think there is anything wrong with it nor going against the rest of the teams motives. We have many people here with diverse style. I prefer to let each do there thing and always try to text less and play more.
