    Creek would be interesting on HC

      I would say I am not a fan of the map with the broken chopper in the middle, it is very weighted to Marines, if OpFor does not move hard and fast at the beginning it is a blood bath

        On hardcore with the smaller player numbers it is a godd balanced map.

          I just never have fun on Bloc for some reason. I don't know if its the kill zone in the middle or the too tight hallways in the buildings or what. Bog doesn't float my boat either since the airstrikes just are devastating.

              Chinatown. Too many accessible buildings.

                Creek. It's heavily balanced in favor of Op For, and there aren't quite enough places to go. I prefer more choice in approach.

                Farmhouse. Poor level design with only a handful of ways to get across the map, and it's too small. The airstrikes on this map are vicious.

                Bog. Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide, and no real choice aside from "die in the open field," or "die in the field of fire oriented on the one shop that links through."

                  creek... without at least 3-4 smoke nades going off it becomes very one sided, very quick.

                      I don't care about which maps are on, I just dislike the ones where the nade spam happens the most.

                      I really don't like crossfire like I use to, it's too open without places to hide. And Overgrown bothers me. It's a fun map, but like 56k said about broadcast, I can't point out what I don't like, it just bothers me.

                        I can have fun on any of them. You just have play to the maps strengths and try to minimize it's weaknesses. Play smart and be versatile. Do not be afraid to try new weapons or tactics. You just might be surprised.

                          Crossfire for me.
                          I don't exactly know why though. I get pretty good scores but usually feel like I did horrible.

                            I don't care for Crash on the regular TDM server. Too many nades in too small a space makes for too much random death. Its fine on HC though. Along with the nade spam comes wetwork and shipment.

                            Some maps are very one sided, Creek being the stand out but Downpour (farm) and Vacant also have their moments.

                            Some maps are too open for 50 players, Bog, Countdown, Ambush and the airstrikes dominate the gameplay.

                            That leaves what I consider the "good" maps:


                            Backlot - this can get one sided quickly too if the Marines don't get out of their spawn.
                            Bloc
                            Crossfire
                            District
                            Overgrown
                            Pipeline
                            Showdown
                            Strike

                            Crossfire and Strike are by far my favorites, but hey, I'm twisted. The TV station isn't a bad map, just tough with 50 people...

                              Once a team sets up in creek its pretty one sided.

                                broadcast is the worst map in call of duty 4. there are far too many doorways and small halls that just lead to grenades pouring one by one out every possible entrance into a room. having a close quarters map like this is only effective when it isnt so easy to dig in and guard a few doors.
