Is there going to be a Search and Destroy server?

I don't like search and destroy, even I camp in it. But it will be nice to finish the challenges lol. I haven't played anything but TDM since i bought the game.

Considerations:

8 vs 8 is the best config for this server.
Any more and its a mess.
This doesnt bode well for our characteristics of having large servers.

The game is long and you spend a lot of time in spectator after you get killed waiting for the next round.
Where I play, its 5 rounds long and it can get boring.

There will be other games in the fall that may merit a server.

I love S&D, but there's no doubt it's slower than TDM. More than half the objective in S&D is defense of the objective. And defense is just not as fun as offense.

Lol, Oh you could be wrong. I've had plunty of fun hiding in bushes w/ my M14 and a few clays scattered about.. it can be a lot of fun ambushing people as they are starting to diffuse the bomb, and then knifing them! Oh, so much fun indeed....

Heh. Simply brilliant.

It's interesting to watch the dynamic in the HC server. When the player count is 10 or less, the campers tend to win. But as you get more people, you get more targets and more action, thus the rushers tend to rule.
