HC how about giving it a chance LOOSE rs timer

If the powers that be really want to give HC a chance to grow.
Loose the respawn timer. I've seen people say they where tired of
having to wait again and again.New people get tired if it VERY fast
and don't come back..

What a surprise. The run n gunners want the spawn delay gone so they can run n gun a little more.

As for the delay meaning that you spawn with a gun in your face, I just don't buy it. When I kill you, all I know is that you're gonna spawn somewhere on the other side of the map, somewhere away from me. I can run to the other side, but there is no way I can predict precisely where you'll spawn. And if there's 3-4 guys on each team, there are a lot more places to respawn than there are players to cover the respawn points.

If you don't have enough patience to wait 8 seconds to respawn, then I suggest you use a little strategy to stay alive.

The only reason you don't run and come to me next spawn is cuz you don't have SHIFT assigned to anything. I am sick of people killing me and then the game spawns me somewhere where they already know I am spawning, game has horrible spawn points face it (In Killhouse, kill me, throw a nade to the RIGHT side of your of the opposite side that you killed me, you will definitely KILL me again in my spawn). As for you Onieagle, you came to play once or twice and failed since you are also a Run n Gunner, the few times I do use the tube is to have fun which obviously you have no idea how to do.

I'll be glad to check but I'm not sure there is a setting for that in TDM, and I think HC hardcodes a spawn timer...

The 203 grenade launcher is in the game for a reason. It actually takes some skill to use that thing long range without sights and hit exactly where it needs to. Trust me, just ask anybody who's been killed by a 40mm nade from me...I can really throw those things across the map and take you out of your little window perch. Marty was the response by developers to the run and gunners killing snipers so they didn't have to carry claymores around, which can give away the position of a good sniper btw...

Fact: u can be the best player of cod4 but if someone have a tube u will lose 100%, u have to admin that.
it's like an istant nade fast as a bullet, don't tell me "if u have skill u can dodge it" because it's a lie only tard aim at the enemy, just need to aim the feet.
i don't mind if someone use it but dont say it's like another gun.

I for one am a run-hide-run-hide type player, so I can typically see the points of both campers and runners, and defend both styles of play. I don't really see what having an 8 second spawn delay has to do with strategy, but I do have a low level of patience. I'm playing a game. If I have to take a time out because I'm not playing as well as someone else, then I think that kinda stinks.

I am not a great player, but I have a lot of fun doing what I do. I love running around the map, finding neat hiding spots, and whatever. I don't think making someone who is not that good wait 8 seconds constantly is cool. If it's the way the HC mode was made, then fine, I can deal with it. If Cain wants it that way because it's how he wants to run his server, then fine, I can deal with it. If Cain can adjust it and wants to adjust it, then awesome, I put my vote in for it. But it's kinda nasty to call a style of play into question when talking about something that really isn't all that related.

how bout just run a promod server?
no P90, no tubes, no LMG, no RDS, perks automatically set to bando and stopping power without a third perk, SMG slightly nerfed and sniperfix added (no breathe, no sway). its the standard mod for competitive and pro matches. sounds good to you guys?
