Reaching with the Knife

How do ya reach out farther for the knife kills
Have watched player's able to reach clear across a room to get a knife kill
Is this a change in settings
Seen tonight wmd a guy was jumping off the balcony and he was going up the stairs in crash and he reached clear across the room to get the knife kill while the guy was in midair
Is this a change in the config file cause there is no setting in the game for the knife other than in the config file if there is how about shareing

There is nothing that actually helps you do that. None that I know of, of course. Personally, a simple press of the shift key to speed up or maybe crouching to dodge the bullets until I get within reach is something that is extremely helpful. As for jump kills, you have to time it just right, and it just looks so damn cool

When you hit shift after about two steps to your target, and depress knife, you do seem to fly like superman an ungodly distance.

The knifing and jumping is similar.
Shift in midair has a similar effect.

It's all timing.

i have found that if you jump while sprinting then hit crouch in the air ur knife lags and it is hilarious, you knife them, then like 5 seconds later they die

Hammy has both the knife moves i know said The jump knife(alot like sword dance on halo) and sprint for 2 steps and "fly" as hammy put it

when u are running it seem that a hit of the knife button give you an extra lung
