the best thing about xfire is you can set the FPS at which it records (30,60,100) that is @ 100FPS and highest quality (that video was like 200mb on my computer)

I tried it, a minute was 3.2 gigs, and played back a little choppy. But it didn't hurt my in game fps nearly as much as fraps running the same settings.

yea thats the only problem... MASSIVE video files.... oh and make sure that the resolution on COD is the same as your computer is normally
