I know how from a few people on a zombie server i have played on doing it. Its hard to do right but is a really cool spot.

Yeah..Pashaw to Fraps...I'm geting X-Fire..haha

All of my videos looked just like 1280x1024 with everything at full before I render them down so they can fit onto video hosting websites. They generally are about 2.5-5gb in size for about 5-6 minuets worth of video and audio @ 125fps max. Yea, that's with fraps. I use Sony Vegas 8 Pro to render them down to the best possible quality so that they can fit onto a video hosting site...
