Is it Better than COD 4?

Getting it in 4 days(OMG) for x-mas and yes i already saw it in my parents hiding spot.

I was wondering does the multiplayer beat that of COD 5?
Single Player?
How about have they gotten rid of anything like the airstrikes and choppers(i think ruined cod 4)?
Is there enough to choice from as far as perks and weapons(just doesnt seem like they can have to much of a choice)?

I personally liked CoD4 more, but that's probably just because I love modern warfare games. That said, I've been having a lot of fun over the last couple days since I bought it.

There are more multiplayer game modes with CoD5, but I spend all of my time playing good ol' team deathmatch on Cain's server.

Single player is also pretty fun. Short, but fun.

Those kill bonus things still exist. 3 kills for recon, 5 kills for an artillery strike, and 7 kills for a pack of dogs (they run around and kill any enemies they pounce).

Lots of variety as far as perks go, and there's even a new class of vehicle perks. There's roughly the same number of guns as CoD4, and different types too. There's machine guns, sub-machine guns, shotguns, sniper rifles, and rifles (long range, fires as fast as you can click).

Again, it's a great game, and you'll like it even more if you aren't addicted to modern-set FPSes.

Well LOL you have to wait 'til level 45 If I remember to get a perk that allow you to carry 2 nades, so nade spamming isn't realy possible and the map are so huge too so it doesn't help

I like them both but COD4 a little better

MUCH bigger maps, more room to go into sniper mode if that is your cup of tea.

I can snipe better with the weapons available in WaW for some reason. Not great, but better.

And the flame thrower is TONS of fun.

All in all, not a huge "Oh My Gosh" upgrade, but they are there.
