That was an excellent vid and it appears to be good for getting by heavy fire areas without being seen instead of the slow crawl. And yes I agree it's an exploit.

its easy to do if you are willing to keep trying until you get it, just press prone and sprint at the same time over and over REALLY FAST. it helps if you bind them to like 3 and 4 that way you can still aim
