Launching MP caused my PC to sound BIOS beep!

...Actually, i was looking away and heard the beep from my BIOS like it was rebooting. Looked back and my secondary screen was up and the primary was black like it was trying to load a game. Lost all keyboard and mouse control. I had to press the ol' reset button!

Wanted to get a couple rounds in during late lunch.

Could be a problem with your grpahics drivers. If you continue to have problems i suggest trying a different set.

Shouldn't be, I just downloaded latest reference drivers last week from Nvidia's website. I'll check again and see if they have any more recent ones.

I'm not running SLI, just a straight 8800GTS 768. It's only happened that one time. If it happens again I'll start messing around with drivers.

                  If you have 768GDDR you'll find it's a GTX.

Now we have had a lot of flooding in this area and there are still a lot of houses that have not been repaired. Must be the apocalypse.
