Like every new game, if you get in late because of work or family obligations. Great Expectations on my part, but obligation killed me. I took a week off thinking I'd get ahead of the curve, but 2 Investment seminars, and 2nd job, robbed me of any play time. 
You get confronted with players who:
Know the Maps
Geared up
Know the totally hozzed rez system
And have their fast twitch muscles maxed....
I SWEAR one guy parked on 2nd floor and killed me 10 times as soon as I spawned..
I can only take 2 rounds at a time when a newbie. Just too frustrating to get ganked over and over and over.
It DOES get better once you get some decent guns/gear/options.. Learn the maps, learn the always used camp spots, etc... Until then, you are the beeyatch of every +40 out there..
