Banned by mistake? Casual player here.

Hello there Cains Lair. I've been playing in your server ever since CS:GO went live. Today (just now), I believe I've been banned by mistake when I was playing on your server. For those who were there, they know what happened, specially Brian CLR. I was playing on Terrorists, when a guy named "~~~" or "---" began spamming flash at the beginning of every round, until some of us like Chet Saurano and even Brian CLR got fed up with his attitude and asked him nicely to stop, but he continued. I asked for an admin, so Brian said he would report him, so we were fine with that. Then next round came, and so did the next, about 3 rounds later when we clearly expressed that he needed stop, I went ahead and called for a vote to kick him off the server. So we've all voted him(~~~) off and that was that. Less than 2 minutes later he comes back, raging(you can see it on the chat log I've posted), very disrespectful using the N word. About 2 minutes later he comes back, and votes me off the game, people just jumped in the bandwagon and voted me off for absolutely no reason at all. I've been quiet the whole time, other than ask him nicely to stop with the flash spam. Eventually I was kicked out of the server (my teammate was also surprised, you can see that on the chat) I tried to relog back in and it said I was banned from the server. I wish to get this resolved since I enjoy playing on Cains server, I've never disrespected anyone and also hope to get an apology for this. Thanks for reading.

You should be unbanned the very second an admin reads your post, you did a good job of explaining the problem, it's kind of ridiculous when someone gets kicked off for the wrong reasons.. it still doesn't explain the ban though.. bug maybe? See you in the game.

I will look into it. I would think it might be a ban for just that map. Try to join again after the map change and see if you can get in. Then post here and let me know.
