[CS:S/CS:GO]Dropped Bomb Defuse

Description:
This plugin allows CT's to defuse the bomb after it has been dropped by a T. Once the bomb is defused the round will end (setable by cvar). Until sounds are support in CSGO No sounds are used.

Some might complain, but I think this is a nice incitative to protect, follow and stay with the bomb carrier as a Terrorist. That might solve the problem of people spreading everywhere instead of playing as a team as it supposed to be.

changes gameplay mechanics and it's annoying if some clueless person rushes/suicides somewhere with the bomb and then the round quickly ends.

As it is now tho that same clueless person drops the bomb then everyone has to wait and wait for the round to end, even if it is surrounded by CTs...

Plain and simple? This is a terrible idea. Don't mess with how the game works. It worked fine and is the biggest online game ever. You've gone Plug-in crazy. We need an intervention.
