I don't think wounding should have a very high penalty...KILLING them is what should be penalized

I think the cost is base on how much damage you do to them. I hit one with a moltav yesterday(not on purpose)... The cost was worse then killing them. Then the guy died

I did not increase the wounding penalty as I recall but the killing penalty...
