Getting an "Unable to create session" error... Cant join any CS:GO servers...

After a 2nd steam restart when i launched CS:Go it started installing DirectX...

Yeah, it's because Steam went down....AGAIN I don't know what's going on at Valve but they seriously need to pull it together. I texted Cain and let him know the server needs a reboot
