    The real problem, is not just the TKers or the guy who runs in front of you shooting, so he gets killed and you get punished, it is the guys who whittle your health to 10 or 15 typically by stabbing you as you all run from spawn.

    We had FF for the first several weeks of the server and it was these jerks who caused the most problems, although the others were a problem as well.

    FF = OFF simply removes one way for jerks to spoil the fun of others.

      So true. It is much more difficult to punish the team wounders. (new word)

        I wonder if there's a plugin that deals reflective damage only? i.e. you shoot a team mate and receive the damage penalty whereas they remain unharmed.

          They had this for TF2 I think it was....Cain used it on the server and was a great tool

            I think the only surefire way is to have an admin on 24/7. So set up a schedule and I feel bad for the graveyard shift lol j/k

                Yes there is. And guys would constantly jump in front of people shooting, so you would take the damage, then they'd punish because you Tk'd them.

                  Punish would have to be off in conjunction - surely taking self damage is enough.

                        Yes but taking care becomes paramount, and this is the only way I can see FF being on without a horde of admins present.

                        After all, one can stop firing when a team mate comes a-trolling.
