Team-Switching

I've been saying it since the days of playing Starsiege: Tribes. The only reason to switch teams is if you are going to help the loosing team. I can't stand team stacking.

All admins should go spec as soon as they join. This gives you a chance to check all players to make sure there are not any problems happening. You also can hear all players and this also is a way to make sure there are not any problems going on. I take a quick scan through all players and then join, unless I find a problem that needs taking care of.

I just hit auto join, I hate it when I join and I get put on the team that's sweeping the other team, its no fun.

after playing on the server for long enough now you get to know the names of people that you would rather or rather not be teammates with.

i will say i used to auto join feature, but now i usually wait a few seconds to see how the teams fill out and make my decision, ill found playing with people i dont want to can obviously make it pretty unpleasant, needless to say ive found a solution to my own problem so no biggie.

well if someone joins my team i dont like i will either leave or team switch, it could be on the winning to loosing or loosing to winning that's not of my concern, but i've only had to resort to team switching once, it was actually on mirage when i was playing a few days ago with u trinity, ofc you werent the problem, but yes, thats what i do

I agree with most everything in this thread and I've been here less than a week. The switching, the stacking, and my own the lack of an auto balance when one team is dominating another etc etc. I love competition but damn when the other team's top players are all 22-4 and the top player on my team is 9-14 it's disheartening.

That was last night on Inferno. Four of the T Side had a score like that Then the map crashed and we played Vertigo. Some of those came back and left when they were not able to dominate like before.

LOL I don't think we should have to wait for a map crash to break up the dominators! HAHAHAHAHA!! But what everrrrrr!

I know. There were only 2 rounds left that side and, with the way things were going, one on the next. Another 10 minutes and we would have been playing another map any way.
