Welcome miner49'r.
The server holds 32 players unless Cain finds a way to hack it so it holds more.
I was not a UT player so I can not tell you if it plays like UT. May be someone else can give you the perspectives on that.

Where do you put the Bayonet?

Thanks for the reply and welcome. I was here back in the day, and I hope Crysis Wars is good. I haven't played a good game since BF2. ET and UT2004 were my favs.
I went ahead and bout Crysis Wars and I'll be killing you softly in the days ahead!

They need squads or something just to get the communication going. VOIP communication is seriously lacking, and being that I use VOIP, when you guys aren't around, I feel like I'm the only one talking. And to make it worse, people who played Crysis online are trying to tell me to shut up when I talk.
This is one of those games that's going to be a heck of a lot more fun with an equivalent of a CLR squad on each side than when there are 30 new folks around. That being said, don't forget to keep welcoming new folks--many of them can become future CLRs. We've already had at least one guy join from the Wars server.
I personally think that it's more ut3 like, but in a good way. As in the players move more like they should have in ut3 but with a good mix of bf2 throw in as well!
I love how the speedometer and tachometer actually work and reflect the actual speed of the vehicles. Also, you can see your feet when you look down.

+1. I also like how the LCD screens in bunkers and prototype facilities changes as you take control.
