Connection Failure after joining a server

I get random connection failure while playing this game.

Here is a picture of what happens after I lose connection:





I've done a fresh install of everything.
I've reconfigured my router.
I've refreshed my modem
I've disabled A/V
I've disabled my soft firewall
I've direct connected to the internet

now I am just p***ed
