Crysis Wars: BUG SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

It is okay to ask for help with problems in our forums, but we need to do our due dilligence and REPORT ALL BUGS- RESOLVED AND UNRESOLVED
The patching that will be due with this game in a week or two will have better quality if we all report the bugs at the Crysis Wars Bugs and Technical Support site.

I keep crashing to desktop at random times.

Does anyone know where the log files are kept in this game?
I keep asking at the Discussion Board but I am getting no response.

I am very frustrated now.

Hammy, you need to post details about:

Hardware, CPU, Video Card and Sound Card
MotherBoard and BIOS revision
Operating System and SP Number
Video Card drivers
Sound Card Drivers

Then I will pass this along.

Make sure you have the most recent, BIOS, Video Card Drivers and Sound Card Drivers, all of these can cause problems like you are experiencing.

one small glitch, if you rank up you show up TWICE on the scoreboard, me and {CLR}Naillik discovered this yesterday, but the glitch goes away when you respawn.

you are gonna LOVE the gauss (like a tank sized sniper rifle) and TAC (Tactical Nuke) tanks

EDIT: forgot to post my glitch, in the SP campaign, if you go to controls and then to movement, for sprint it says "Left Shifty" lol silly translation errors!!

Problem:

Punkbuster and Gamespy Comerade try to install themselves everytime I try to play the game

**Game Resolution is mucked up- the mouse cursor does not line up with the graphics on screen**

Problem: When I start the game the cursor does not line up. have to alt +tab in and out. When I go back after I tab, the game is now in a windowed mode.

1. Open Console
2. Type con_restricted = 0
3. Type r_fullscreen = 1

***Actual Problem***

I end up having to do this everytime I log into the game.

Happened to me at the first crysis, I was starting the game in 32bit when I had a 64bit, might be another solution to launch from the 64bin if you have one

Score one for EA customer support, i think that they are more concerned about the massive class action law suit against them because of SecuRom on spore.....

EDIT: also every time i turn off my computer, i have to readd all of my favorites, kinda annoying...
