Thing is ruthless, MG'ers tend to have more kills than people with caps anyway, so that levels out for them. So it wont unbalance for them.

That scoring system could favor MGs actually: what if they just set up somewhere watching a flag that tends to flop a lot, and hose down everyone trying to cap it. +25 points each time, and no incentive for them to do anything other than stay back.
