Looks good to me
Only disadvantage would be to a sniper in a good hiding spot...but that's not too often, you usually know where the shots are coming from anyway.

hmm i dont know, why would i want to see who kills me everytime through freeze-cam?
its not a very good option for DoD, it works better for TF2 than dod.
