New DODS Server Stuff

New server stuff installed today.................

1) Headshots are now logged properly.

2) In-game Rank and top10.. /rank /top10

3) FF enabled and TK mgr installed

4) Sprays Enabled, with Admin ability to see who sprayed the spray and then remove spray and punish the offender

Sounds like everything is coming together. I will definitely be there this weekend; I got an extra day to put off homework!
