What to play now.

Not sure why TF2 didn't get more of a push on the Lair, but I can't understand why BF2/2142 got any love from the get go either. Different strokes ..

BF2 was Cain's first leased server and it took a while before the server, and his name, broke TOP 75. BF2142 was a good game but it had way too many bugs. Also, the fact that kicking and banning jerks was so difficult in both games... again, it took a while before things were under control.

I wasn't here for TF2.

Otherwise, they would have put out crap for Xmas, and wind up

What is the problem with this? It looks really good from the trailer I've seen.

I like the game but I think it's too tough for the masses.

Those trailers for BC are good. If you dont like the doors that are in a particular building, you can make a new one where you want.

I wonder if they are gonna have a HC mode. I still dont like the idea of unloading half a mag to kill someone. If you notice when we play Cod4 vanilla, people will add juggernaut to give themselves a slight advantage. I hate that with a passion. Put marty and last stand in there and it really gets crappy. Anything to try and be first. I'd just as soon go spectate as play with those guys.

But, looks like BC will be more interesting to play because of the objectives. We always play shoot kill die and repeat. I like the objective based games a lot better. But thats just me.

Well if it's anything like BF1943's destructible environment it's quite fun and adds all kinds of gameplay options. Speaking from the PS3 version of BF1943 you can destroy an impressive amount by gunfire or simply using the "ramming speed" approach...
