yes, i've been keeping up with it for awhile now as i'm rather interested in it, but there has been little information released for the time being.

I'm really not hopeful for the game. It seems that Star Trek is cursed when it comes to computer gaming. So much potential, but no one has ever done it right.

Its such a great and diverse world. I feel that they are going to try and mold the Star Trek lore into a WoW style game, and being an MMO player whose been here for way too long, that just means that I won't pick up the game.

Did you ever get the pc game Star Trek Legacy? I thought it was good game but hated the maps as they were way too small. This one looks as if it just might fall in line with Eve Online. But yea you are right there is not much info out on it.

I did try that one and thought it was an OK game.

I dunno, maybe being a fan of Star Trek has my expectations so high when I see a game that I automatically set myself up for a let down.

Maybe they'll do something like Star Wars Galaxies (minus all the screw up Sony did to that MMO)

Isn't the Voyager FPS game supposed to be good? I read good things about it, but never picked it up (or any of them). Are ANY of the fleet-based games any good? That's easily where the most potential lies. How about a campaign game based on the Dominion War? That would be sweet.
