Disabling L4D Intros

* Right click the game in your games list and left click properties.
* Left click on Set Launch Options.
* Add the line -novid and click OK.

Yeah- but save yourself the keystroke.

As far as I can tell this has worked on TF2 as well.

I deleted the videos files from the HDD (media folder). - Works as well.

Btw: You can change the menu backgrounds too.
