Hopefully L4D 2 will be more then just different weapons and different maps with different characters. I think they'll need to spice things up a bit with some new classes of infected etc.

I agree with Andy Ion. For me to drop coin on a game it would need to be more then an expansion pack if it were priced like a full game. Although I do get the episodes of HL2 because I'm addicted so ya never know.

I guess they will be adding in Boss Zombies and a something that they refer to as a "AI director" that will vary the game play by changing time of day and weather for the maps as well as the quantity and types of infected that you will have to fight. They are also promising a lot more content intially then the original L4D.
All in all, I know I will be pre-ordering this one.
