This DLC is awesome. Between this and Broken Steel, they've really outdone themselves. Awesome, atmospheric side quests and a lot of things you can do with the environment and objects. Plus, there is nothing funnier than those mutated hill-billies in modern gaming. Nothing.

Duke, if you consider micro transactions on Games for Windows Live to be selling your soul, then for now, yep.
But take heart. You may not want the full Game of the Year edition, but they have released Operation Anchorage and The Pitt as a stand alone retail version already, and they will probably do the same with Broken Steel and Point Lookout.
I don't really mind the microtransactions TOO much, after getting suckered in for some of the better content from Bethesda for Oblivion. And Games for Windows Live isn't obtrusive. The only time I use the actual program is to log in to pick up DLC, and the only game I have that uses it right now is Fallout 3.
The most annoying thing frankly was just figuring out that GFWL sets up your saves in a different location. I had to start a new game, save it, search it out, and move my regular saves there to access them in my GFWL account. And you have to log in each time you open the game through the LIVE link on the main menu to access the content, but that's just a momentary annoyance.
