Order of War?

Anyone hear anything on this? It's coming out next week. I love a good RTS, and would certainly be willing to check out/support almost any good new titles.

Yes I have seen this mate I have this on my short list of games to buy, It reminds me of World in Conflict

It's like a cool Company of Heros game but in World War II. Which isn't overplayed at all!

I'll have to check my closet. I might have a company of heroes...if it's the game I'm thinking of, it's rather small scale, which doesn't appeal to me. This game says you are able to command up to 1,000 troops, in "massive warfare" http://na.orderofwar.com/, with deathmatch, skirmish, etc., which would appeal to me more as an RTS.

1000? sheesh, then go for it. probably its a never ending army, u can attack attack n never run out of troops. seen chaotic n not very organize for gameplay but i could be wrong.

Lol. I'm sure I won't use that many, but I do like to have the option to at least get into the double digits. I'll probably check this one out, and I'll let you know if it's any good (of course opinions vary).

I was playing this game for the past few hours. Not bad at all. Very nice voice acting. Huge squads. And a feature I thought was cool is the Cinematic Camera. Where you order your troops to attack and then sit back and watch them fight like Saving Private Ryan- style.

So is that "order of War" PHan? I was going to pick it up yesterday, but it's release date was pushed to 10-4 at the local Best Buy...screwed up my plans for my day off yesterday.

Well, I got it last week. I've mainly just done skirmishes against the computer, since I don't feel like setting up a gamespy login at the moment. It's a pretty cool game if you like tanks and a bit of artillery. Got IS 2s, King Tigers, Pershings...and a number of other smaller tanks. Also some multiple rocket launchers for Russians and Germans and you can call airstrikes and artillery bombardments. Not bad...wish there were a few more multiplayer maps...I think there are about 8 currently.
